Going Into Labor

Well I must give everyone an update on the pregnancy: My sonograms lately have been putting me at 37 wks which is a little earlier than we expected considering my first original due date put me at 33 wks. I have been having contractions the past couple of days which has put me and Nick anxiously waiting int he hospital for the past couple of days on the labor and delivery floor. They have given me lots of shots to try to stop the labor for now and it’s working so far. The one thing my doctor is worried about is the development of the lungs which worries me and Nick ALOT so I get to make a trip to the hospital daily for a steroid shot to help this process. Yes...they hurt really bad. I don’t think it will be more than 2 weeks though. The baby is at 6 lbs. 4 oz. which is great.  So we might have a precious gift arriving any time now.
